Pickering Academy

Aspiring to train and play at the highest standard, Pickering Academy is open to those who have the ability, desire, determination to compete at this higher level. The Academy is run in conjunction with out partner club Pickering Town FC.

 

This is a big step up from grassroots football - training sessions are more technical and match day selections are not to be taken for granted.  Matches are played against academies from across the region.

For the coming 2022-23 season Brooklyn Academy is offering the following:

​

• U13, U14, U15, U16 playing in the Junior Premier League (JPL ONE competition)

• U10, U11, U12 playing in the Junior Premier League

​

What’s involved:

• 90 minute midweek physical training session delivered by UEFA B Qualified Coaches

• VEO video technology from match days with regular review sessions

• Saturday matchday (away game travelling radius can be up to 75miles)

• Limited squad places available, which may include training-only membership for

  some players​
